The Coffey County Library employees held their annual in-service day on Friday, September 22, 2023. All branches were closed while trustees and staff attended training and fostered work relationships. The highlight of the day was celebrating the employees who had reached service milestones. Davies stated, ” The Coffey County Library’s vision is “a valued resource today, tomorrow, and forever” and we like to think that our most valuable resource to patrons is our employees. To ensure that we serve our patrons to the best of our ability, we need to train and learn together.”
