Exercise Class
Lebo Branch is hosting an exercise class for adults each Monday and Friday from 9-10 a.m. through May 10th!! We use hand and ankle weights with a slow lifting technique to maximize muscle growth and retention. The exercises are meant to improve balance and flexibility as well!! We also do a little dancing and have a lot of fun!! There is no cost to participate. Leg weights and some hand weights are available to use during the class! We’d love it if you could join us and give the class a try!!
