We can help with:
Appointments will be up to 30 minutes unless otherwise arranged.
If requesting help for a specific device, please bring the device, charger, usernames, passwords, and any other relevant information.
The library is not liable for any damage to patron equipment that may occur during a help session.
Staff may not be able to provide assistance for all device types, programs, and problems.
